"... One to one tuition brings a whole new dimension to acquiring a new skill. You can ask all the questions you want without feeling they may be silly, there is nobody's head to get in the way when you are trying to watch how do to something and you can have a go while an expert watches over you, correcting you where necessary and encouraging you all the time. Annie is a great teacher. She is patient, kind, encouraging, supportive, calm and above all, extremely knowledgable. She has a tip for everything.

I am so proud of what I achieved in my one to one lessons with Annie. I now know that I have the skills and knowledge to go on and ice beautiful cakes in the future.
