The Oxford School of Sugarcraft has evolved from 'Scattercake Courses'. The school will eventually run from its own web site, but in the meantime you can find all of the information you need here, and there will always be a link between the two sites.

We arrange classes for groups of students to work with top level tutors. We can also arrange one-to-one tuition, or tuition for groups of work collegues or friends. The Classes are currently held at Scattercake's 'HQ' - though we are in the process of trying to find suitable premises for a permanent and well equipped classroom so that we can timetable classes on a more regular basis.
