"I was so pleased with the cake - it looked exactly as I had hoped it would, but even better! The only shame was that it had to be cut and I didn't get longer to admire it! The work that went into the cake was obvious - from the way the icing and decorations were perfectly created and finished and also the cake itself and the fillings that you chose - all of our guests commented on how delicious both the lemon and fruit cake were!
The daisies that you made for the top looked brilliant and tied in relly well with the rest of the theme of the wedding - I can only imagine they must have taken some time and effort to make! All in all, the cake looked and tasted fantastic, we had so many lovely comments from our guests about how unusual it was, having a combination of larger tiers and mini cakes, and also how clean and fresh it looked, tying in with our summer wedding.
